It was a good week on Jekyll. The nest of Anhinga are growing up. The warblers are still around on the Pine Lakes Golf Course and the beach was loaded with gulls terns and shorebirds. There were Red Knots but there were no bands on them.

Weather for the week: The week started hot humid and still on Wednesday there was a few showers Thursday still hot but very nice breeze Friday morning was like a fall morning temp 74 degrees.

A great list of birds! I went birding a few weeks ago on Cape Cod with a group of birders. One of the fellas knows you- I can't remember his name :/

Hi Dawn, I think that was John Galvani. He and wife are staying on the Cape. Good to know you guys met and birded together. Hope you saw lots of good birds.
